Description
One blow, one wish: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Dandelion” is a delicate motif for the first big steps.
The dandelion stands on its slender stem, a few seeds already floating away. A picture of how fast time passes: from the U1 to the last checkup before school is just one puff.
Below the “U-Heft” lettering, your child’s name appears in cursive. Also lovely as a set with an Impfpass (vaccination record) cover. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
