Description
Proud and a little cheeky: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Goose” brings a farmyard feeling to every pediatrician visit.
The goose stands upright, with an arc of little birds above her. A cheerful motif for children who feel at home outdoors and look for animals on every walk.
Your child’s name appears in cursive below. An Impfpass (vaccination record) cover can be added as a set on request. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
