Description
Head to head: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Cuddling polar bears” shows a big and a small polar bear, very close together.
Vaccinations, hearing test, the first shot: not every appointment is easy. This motif is a reminder of what matters in such moments, someone to lean on.
Below the “U-Heft” lettering, your child’s name appears in cursive. Also a lovely idea as a newborn gift, ideally as a set with an Impfpass (vaccination record) cover. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
