Description
An elephant never forgets, and neither does the yellow booklet: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Elephant” joins every checkup.
The little elephant trudges cheerfully ahead with his trunk raised. He suits girls and boys alike and turns a required booklet into something your child proudly carries to the pediatrician.
Below the “U-Heft” lettering, your child’s name appears in cursive. With an Impfpass (vaccination record) cover in the set, both documents always stay together. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
