Description
Curled up, deep in a dream: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Little polar bear” is for babies who sleep through every visit.
A polar bear cub sleeps contentedly on the cover, a soft, calm picture for the first months. Later it will remind you of the time your child still came to the pediatrician in a baby sling.
Below the “U-Heft” lettering, your child’s name appears in cursive. That gives the yellow booklet a loving face that suits you both. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
