Description
For little night owls: the U-Heft (child health record booklet) cover “Moon and stars” makes the yellow booklet a little magical.
A slim crescent moon surrounded by twinkling stars: calm, clear and fitting for girls and boys alike. A motif for all the nights you were awake, and all the days your child makes you marvel.
Below it, your child’s name appears in cursive. That makes the booklet unmistakably theirs. The transparent cover made of soft PVC fits around any booklet in DIN A5 format.
