MAK-ART is a small studio for handmade decor, gifts and stationery. I combine laser cutting, printing and 3D printing into cards, keepsake tins, covers, boards, memory pieces and more, made for your occasion. Every product is made by hand – personal, sustainable and with an eye for detail.

How much does shipping cost and when is it free?
Within Germany, I send a single small, flat piece as a letter-post parcel for €2.70 and everything else as a Hermes parcel for €5.79. Shipping within Germany is free from an order value of €50. To Austria I ship via Hermes for €13.99, free from €75. Digital downloads do not count towards the order value. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched from Germany.
Can I have products personalized?
Yes. Many of my items can be customized with your own text, motif or an individual engraving. Personalizable products are marked “Customizable”; you enter your text and motif directly on the product page. I review your details before production and get in touch if anything is unclear. Please note: for personalized pieces the right of withdrawal is excluded once I begin production.
Can I withdraw from or return my order?
For non-personalized items you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. For personalized or made-to-order products, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) once production has begun – I communicate this transparently before purchase.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Link. Payment is processed encrypted via my payment provider Stripe – I never store card details.
